That's the whole mechanism. No one arrives with an advantage, so the usual pecking order goes out the window — and then there's a clock, a brief and something to win. Two hours later you've watched your team solve a problem in front of you.

Teams work to your theme and to the clock. One giant piece between them, or a table full of small ones — their call. Air-drying clay, hand-building only, no wheel — so everyone can keep up and nothing has to be fired.

Each team presents what they made and why. Judged on the night, prizes handed out. All included in the booking.

We start the other way round. You tell us what the evening is for — a launch, a merger, a milestone, a value you're trying to land — and we build a team competition around it. What they make, how it's judged, what wins. Not a banner by the door.

The brief
Every guest made something that meant connectivity to them — handsets, masts, signal, the people on the other end of it. No two interpretations the same.

Split into teams, working to the clock. Some teams went big and built one piece together; others covered the table in small ones.
