Most away days lose the room in the gap between the daytime activity and the dinner — and the connection built during the day goes with it. This has no gap. One theme, one day, the same people together from the first thing anyone makes to the last song.
Act one · Day
The making
Teams, a drink in hand, and something to build together. You give us the theme — a launch, a value, a milestone — and we design the session around it, with a host running the clock and judging at the end.
Nobody is any good at it, which is exactly why it works as team building. Everyone starts level, the usual hierarchy goes out of the window, and you spend the day watching people who don’t normally work together solve something in front of you.
Format one
Sculpt, Sip, Socialise
Air-drying clay, hand-building, no wheel. Teams compete to build the best interpretation of your theme. Loose, loud and genuinely funny.
Format two
Kintsugi
The Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold. Each table breaks a set and rebuilds it, sealing the joins so the repair becomes the feature rather than the flaw.

Act two · Evening
The restaurant
Aprons off and straight to dinner. A proper restaurant — chef-led, a private dining room, a menu built with the kitchen for your group and wine paired to it.
No long break, no one drifting off home in between. Everyone sits down together while the day is still in the room — next to whoever they just spent it competing against.
Act three · Late
Candle LIT
The lights go down and a trio plays among thousands of candles — violin, saxophone and piano, arranged bespoke for a setlist your team chose beforehand.
Not a covers band in a corner. It’s the reason the room is still full at the end of the night rather than half-empty by nine.
The restaurant
Dinner somewhere worth going to.
This is the part most corporate days get wrong. A hotel function room with a set menu is not a night out, and your team can tell the difference.
We work with restaurants across the UK and Europe that have private dining rooms worth sitting in — rooftops, converted warehouses, hotel restaurants with a proper kitchen behind them. We pick the room around your group, your theme and the city.

Every day is quoted individually — the restaurant, the group size and the city all move the number. Tell us roughly what the day is for and we’ll come back within 48 hours with a proposal and a shortlist of rooms.
Full away days typically run £12,000–£40,000, depending on group size, city and restaurant.
Typically booked eight to twelve weeks ahead. We hold one date at a time per city.
